계정 삭제 요청 단계

  1. Submit the request using the form below or send us an email.
  2. Our support team will confirm your identity within 3 business days.
  3. Account and associated data will be removed within 7 days of confirmation.

폼 또는 이메일 접수 → 3영업일 이내 본인 확인 → 확인 후 7일 이내 계정 및 데이터 삭제 처리

Data Deletion & Retention

  • Full name, email address, and device tokens are deleted immediately.
  • 수집된 성명, 이메일, 기기 토큰은 즉시 삭제됩니다.
  • Payment and transaction records are retained for up to one year to comply with legal requirements, then securely deleted.
  • 결제 및 거래 기록은 관련 법령에 따라 최대 1년간 보관 후 안전하게 파기됩니다.
